Invitational Student Art Show
at the Amarillo Museum of Art
May 6 - May 20, 2010
Evening of May 6th - Show Opens
May 13th (6:30 pm - 8:00 pm) Senior Portfolio Night
Representatives from WTAMU and Amarillo College will
award scholarships. Portfolio students need to read carefully
the guidelines and requirements for entering the scholarship
competition. Scholarships from the Amarillo Fine Art
Association and the Texas Panhandle Art Education
Association do not require an interview and students do not
have to be present Portfolio Night to compete for those
scholarships. Interview schedules will be emailed to teachers.
May 20th - Reception and Awards Presentation at
6:30 pm at the Amarillo Museum of Art.
Recognition of all students and present the Best of Show, Best
of Show Portfolio, a Senior Scholarship Awards. This is in
conjunction with 'Third Thursday' at the Museum.
Refreshments and time to view artwork will follow.
